Nextbridge Pvt. Ltd is actively looking for a Business Analyst. The job responsibilities would be:

* Collect, understand, and document the business requirements and processes for the project, and deliver understanding to technical team.
* Can prepare relevant documentation and create Mockups for delivering better understanding to Client and Technical team.
* Ensures that requirements /issues / changes are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner.
* Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
* To identify and resolve conflicting requirements.
* Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
* Leisure with Client, project manager and development team to ensure that the requirements are understand properly and the deliverables are meeting the client needs. Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
* Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback. Communicates and applies project standards.
* Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.
* Can perform research in relevant business domain;seek information about competitor’s products and suggest / highlight improvements / changes in product.

Skills Required:
Good Communication with Excellent English
Team Player
3 years experience in Business Analysis.
Having hands on experience of working on social networking sites is a plus.
Good experience with Microsoft Office/Visio or other presentation / designing tools.
Can prepare and/or present documentation of business/technical presentations.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the life cycle of the project.
Be able to communicate effectively with client in US and have excellent written and communication skills.
Ability to becoming adept at dealing with differing opinions and conflict.
