GCS Pvt Ltd Customer Service Representative  ( CSR ) required on urgent basis. 
 Location : Karachi 
 Education : intermediate and above 
 Experience : Fresh or 6 months
 Shift : Rotate ( Morning Evening Night )
Key Responsibilities :
1. Revise and follow standard operating procedures daily.
2. Receive customers calls of requests for services. 
3. Consult with customers about their services needs or their wants. 
4. Analyze what the customers says what they want and need .
5. Troubleshoot services to best fit their needs and expectations. 
6. Investigate what services the customers will need even  if they may not know what they need.
7. Provide customer service to Citizen's in emergency for help.
8. An individual should be punctual.
As mentioned from the nature of the job extra time may be required, availability on emergency is mandatory.
