Senior Manager Finance:

1) To ensure maintenance of day to day books of accounts of all JVs
2) To ensure monthly Sales tax and lncome tax Returns of all JVs.
3) To provide management accounts.
4) Accounts for statutory Audit.
5) Investment Ledger maintenance
6) Planning and Management of Funds.
7) To ensure filing Annual tax returns of the Chinese JVs.
8) Corporate related matters and information of Chinese JVs.
9) Corporate Accounting.
10) Budgeting & Forecasting/Finance/Central/Holding/Cash Budget/Expenses.
11) Taxation - Compliance's Legal Compliance.
12) Asset Management Monitoring.
Qualification: FCMA, FCIS, CIMA , CA or equivalent
Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience at Managerial level or above.
