ADAMJEE LIFE is looking for "Officer Complaints"
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Experience: 1-2 years
o Handling Complaints, Mail, Email, Walk in clients, Internal Clients, Call Centre.
o Dispatching-NMQ/Account statement/Payment receipt/Financial/Non-Financial Forms, discharge receipt against Complain-As per requirement.
o Calling-Internal Clients, Customers for follow-up/verification/details, Emails-Internal Clients for follow-up.
o Maintain Customer complaint log & file.
o Strong Co-ordination & communication with all departments to keep maintain positive relationship.
o To be an effective communicator and ensure all complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner.
o Escalate all un-resolved issues/complaints to Line Manager.
o To participate in the organizations training programs.
o To provide reports as requested concerning complaints and other customer feedback.
